The Harbour Restaurant & Bar: Our Story
We are a family run business with Paul and Mary Kennedy at the helm of this seafaring themed restaurant. We embarked on our Harbour journey in September 2016.
Hospitality and cooking is our passion and we pride ourselves on providing our customers with a wonderful dining experience.
We proudly serve local produce. Everything is sourced locally and seasonally, giving you the freshest, healthiest choices. With vegetables grown in the nutrient rich Donegal peat and fish caught in clear blue waters of Donegal Bay, we only serve what comes through the door.
Treat yourself to one of our guest artisan gins or a cocktail.

Parties & Events
We have two party rooms available for private events with separate bars, for everything from Christenings to Birthdays and Anniversaries, Staff Parties to Communions and Confirmations. Music (DJ or band) can be arranged.
We have two fixed price party menus, and even a special confirmations menu where the celebrant eats for free.
Looking across Donegal Bay from Donegal Town towards Killybegs you will see Rotten Island Lighthouse.
Donegal is a favourite stopping point on The Wild Atlantic Way, a bustling harbour town with a rich history, plenty of local artisan shopping and a vibrant entertainment scene.
